How do I know I am getting what I have ordered?

As we are dependent on donations and source from thrift stores we have a range of bottles and is why our products are unique. We try our best to select similar styles - jars that are made of a clear glass, and which are similar in size. Some jars may be one of a kind and others are bulk sizes we are lucky to stumble upon. Is my payment secure?

Yes, rest assured that your payment is processed securely through PayPal. You don't need to have an account with PayPal, simply put in your name and shipping address, and you will be prompted to include your payment details . What kind of plants do you sell and how do we care for them?

Sourcing from thrift stores and our community garden means we are exposed to a range of plants. We try to use succulents which are sturdy and mean you will only need to water them every couple of days. We advise watering your plant with a spray bottle to ensure the plant is not drenched, and spritz it about once a week. The terrarium is build to drain so if you do over-water, it will collect at the bottom, try not to over-water or your plant will not like this :( In fact, most suggest to re-water succulents when the soil is dry. You can test this by pressing the soil with your finger, if it comes out mucky, you're good! if it comes out pretty much looking the same when it went it, time to spritz, baby!
Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver to your door. When you submit your order, enter your preferred delivery address and we can schedule this for you. We will have a tracking ID from Australia Post and can monitor where your parcel is so you are up-to-date. All our Parcels will be shipped at a flat rate of $12.50 for normal Parcel Post (2-5 business days), and $16 for express post (1-2 business days).
What is your returns policy?

We will clearly abide by Australian standards, we'd be sad to hear if you feel our product does not meet these requirements but do get in touch with us so we can find you a solution. All it'll need is a little water and some sunlight here and there. In turn you get a beautiful, nature-piece that will look after you too.
